🌟 Transforming Education at Simbi Primary School
Education is the cornerstone of opportunity, yet many schools in rural Kenya face challenges that hinder students from reaching their full potential. Simbi Primary School has long served as a pillar for its community, but aging classrooms, inadequate facilities, and limited resources have made learning difficult for its students.
To address these challenges, the Simbi Loko Kite Funddrive was launched to mobilize community members, alumni, and well-wishers to invest in the school’s future. Thanks to the generosity of supporters near and far, the funddrive has raised approximately Kshs 1.5 million, earmarked to improve school infrastructure, including classroom repairs, sanitation facilities, and learning materials.
Looking ahead, the fund drive has set an ambitious goal of raising Kshs 10 million to transform the school’s facilities and learning environment, creating a lasting impact for generations of students. A major fundraising event is slated for December 11th, 2025, bringing together the community and well-wishers to support this vision.
