As an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the senior partner at Rabala & Co. Advocates, Donald brings over 15 years of experience as a legal practitioner. He leads the Firm’s litigation section and possesses deep knowledge in various areas of corporate and commercial law, banking and international finance, securities law, international trade, international taxation, and administrative law. Prior to his career in private practice, Donald served as a state attorney at the State Law Office and as a magistrate in the Kenyan judiciary. In his capacity as the legal advisor for Sambaza Group, Donald provides invaluable guidance and expertise to support the organization’s initiatives and legal affairs.
